Loved spending my time in this impeccably clean brand-new hotel. It was in a marvellous location in the middle of jackson. It was also close enough to New York, and the 21st-Queensbridge subway station.

Overall I liked that well-maintained hotel. A double room was spotless and bright. There were a fridge and a microwave too. The property was in the central setting close to the 21st-Queensbridge subway station. And it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from Crescent Grill, ate there once or twice.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean accommodations. The bed was king size and provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also well-maintained and had a proper door. The Manhattan skyline views from the room were absolutely stunning.

One specific situation that stood out to me was the incident with the faulty bedside lamp. Just like another guest mentioned in a review, we also had a worker enter our room without permission to fix a lamp that wasn't even broken.

Hotel was chic, really enjoyed our stay.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and clean room with comfortable bedding. The location was also convenient, being close to a subway station and only a short ride away from the city center. the staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to my positive experience.

It would have been preferred if the noise was mentioned beforehand. the surrounding area made me feel uncomfortable, especially as a solo traveler.
